FAQ'S
What time does the event start and finish?
Arrival is any time from 11amam with Check In and registration from 11.30.
A light lunch of sandwiches, tea and coffee will also be served from 11.30.
Shotgun start 12.30pm
Presentation and dinner commencing from 5.30pm in the dining room.
We anticipate the evening will be finished by 9pm.
What is the golf format for the day?
The format for the day will be Gentsomes.
Similar to Ambrose, a Gentsomes team is made up of four players and all players play their own golf ball from the tee. The best ball is chosen and all players play from that spot; if it’s on the fairway, within one club-length, if it’s in the rough or a hazard, then the ball must be dropped in the same position.
But from this position, all players play out the hole with their own ball and record their Stableford score.
The best two of the four scores are recorded and totalled for the team score. the team with the highest number of points at the end of the round is the winner.
Is it possible to come for dinner only?
Yes for anyone wishing to bring a partner or attend just the dinner, the cost is $150 per person, inclusive of all drinks
Will there be prizes?
Yes! We have some great prizes on offer for the winning team as well as some on course games players can pay to enter.
Remember all money raised goes towards helping children with brain cancer.
